Terms & Conditions:


1. Returns Policy:

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@prettyintricateibz.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned items, minus a restocking fee of [amount] to cover handling and processing expenses.

2. Exchanges:

- We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

3. Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus the restocking fee.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

- We will provide further instructions on how to return the item for a refund, minus the restocking fee, or replacement.

5. Sale Items:

- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

- All orders are subject to availability. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order has been placed, we will issue a refund minus the restocking fee.
