- All deposits made for itinerary planning and booking services are non-refundable. This includes deposits for accommodation, activities, events, and boat parties.
- Once a deposit is made, it is considered a commitment to the booking and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Date or Activity Changes:
- We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate date or activity ——— - Please note that itinerary packages are put together in a way that optimises overall value. Some elements of your package may be included free of charge or significantly discounted when booked alongside other activities. Therefore removing activities from a package will not always significantly lower the costs of other activities in your package. 

- Changes, subject to availability.- Customers must notify us of any desired changes as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate them with 48hrs notice.
- Changes are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees or charges depending on the nature of the change.



3. Event or Boat Party Cancellations:
- In the event that an event or boat party is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or other reasons beyond our control, we will provide alternative options.
- Our team will work diligently to organize a suitable alternative experience for affected customers.
- If an alternative cannot be arranged, on the day, deposits will move across to use for an alternative day of your stay or your next trip to Ibiza.


4. Communication:
- Customers are encouraged to maintain open communication with our team regarding any concerns, changes, or cancellations.
- Any requests for changes or cancellations must be communicated to us promptly to allow us to assist you effectively.

5. Travel Insurance:
- Travel insurance is recommended in the event of missed flights.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and personal items such as swimwear or underwear cannot be returned.
